This time, I was invited to attend the Flower Goddess Song Banquet - A dinner of the Charm of the Song Dynasty on the tip of the Tongue. Experience the high-end Chinese cuisine produced by the top-ranked Song Banquet in Hangzhou, the same style as the opening of Deoksugung Palace.
The entire dining session was filled with a strong sense of ceremony. It began with the earliest introduction of guzheng music, followed by the host's explanation of the origin of Song Dynasty cuisine. As the dishes were served, there were also various interludes such as ritual music and dance.
There are a total of seven dishes, with snacks interspersed in between. Each one is both pleasing to the eye and delicious.
It was a worthwhile trip. I truly experienced the ultimate enjoyment of life and the artistic conception of the Song people!
